Cancellation Policy
Hair x Renee Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and they’re reserved just for you. I have a 15 minute grace period, if you’re going to be any later please let me know, as I may not be able to complete the service in that time frame. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so I respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
• No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total.
• If you have 3 no shows with me this may result in you no longer being allowed to book appointments with me.
This policy allows me to fill appointment times and serve clients on my waitlist. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business!
